What services do you offer? We offer immigration evaluations for T-Visa's, U-Visas, VAWA, Hardship, Cancellation of Removal. Bariatric clearance evaluations pre-surgery. We also offer individual therapy.
Do you offer virtual therapy? We ONLY provide telehealth therapy
How does telehealth work? We have a special link we send out and you'll use that to connect from your device.
Is virtual therapy confidential and secure? Yes we are located in a private room and you will connect from a private space as well. We also use a virtual platform that is HIPAA compliant and sessions are not recorded.
What can I expect during my first session? During your first session we'll talk about what your goals are, learn more about you and your history.
How long are therapy sessions? Therapy sessions are usually more than 53 minutes but sometimes can be 45 minutes depending on what you are working on.
How often will we meet? It varies and depends on your needs.
How do I know if therapy is right for me? Schedule a session with a clinician who feels right and talk to them about it!
What if I’ve never been to therapy before? That is ok, a lot of people have never been to therapy. Welcome and lets get started!
Do you accept insurance? Yes, we take several, give us a call and we can verify that we are in network.
Do you offer private pay options? Yes, our current private pay rate is $150 per session.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept payments online with a credit or debit card or an HSA card
Do you offer services in Spanish? Yes we have Spanish speaking therapists in Texas, Utah, Virginia, New Mexico, Indiana, Florida, and Idaho
Can I receive therapy fully in Spanish? Yes
Do you work with trauma and PTSD? Yes we primarily focus on providing therapy to people who hae experienced trauma. We have several clinicians who are EMDR trained (a type of trauma therapy).
Do you work with first responders? Yes we love working with first responders and are familiar with their experience while working in the emergency department.
What ages do you work with?
We work with adults 18+
How do I schedule an appointment? You can call us, email us, or book online on our website.
What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel 24 hours in advance with no consequence.
How soon can I get an appointment? We have immediate openings and can see you within a week.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need help with? That's ok, get scheduled and we can talk about it together.
Do I have to be in crisis to start therapy? No, we love to work with individuals to prevent the crisis.
Can I switch therapists if it’s not the right fit? Of course, therapy is meant to be helpful but connection with your therapist is important in order to be helpful
