Cindy Delgadillo, LCSW

Cindy is a compassionate and skilled clinician specializing in trauma, grief, depression and anxiety. With a deep understanding of the impact of these challenges on individuals’ lives she is dedicated to helping you find strength, healing and renewed hope on their journey.
Cindy believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore their emotions, process trauma and build resilience. She acknowledges the impact of past experiences while fostering a hope for the future. Through her warm and empathetic demeanor, Cindy builds strong therapeutic alliances that form the foundation for transformative healing journeys.
In addition to her expertise in English, Cindy is fluent in Spanish. Her bilingual skills enable her to serve the Spanish-speaking population making mental health resources more accessible and inclusive.

Taylor Twitchell, LCSW

Taylor is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. Through specialized experience and training, she is able to uniquely able to provide relief to first responders, hospital workers, and individuals who have experienced medical accidents and trauma. On top of this, she is devoted to helping any individual find their way through the darkest moments of depression, anxiety, and loss.
Throughout over 9 years of clinical experience, Taylor has spent time on the front lines and in the emergency departments of our nation. She uniquely understands the crises and trauma you and others live through on a daily basis. Using EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, and getting into nature, she will help navigate a path to peace and overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Kayla Maxfield, LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, her goal is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy that empowers individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. She specialize in supporting those experiencing crisis, trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions, offering a safe and supportive space to process emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a path toward healing.
Kayla's approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, while helping you find clarity, hope, and empowerment in your journey toward healing and growth.

Brenda Zavala, LCSW-S

Brenda is a bilingual (Spanish/English), first-generation licensed clinical social worker and supervisor who practices from a trauma-informed lens. As someone who understands the importance of cultural identity and lived experience, Brenda brings a deep sense of empathy, warmth, and authenticity into the therapeutic space.
Brenda specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Sandtray Therapy, and the Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP).
Brenda’s therapeutic style is warm, empowering, and relational. She believes that healing happens within safe and trusting relationships and is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Heather Waterwall, LCSW-S

Heather has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2020. She received her Master's of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work in 2015.
The primary populations Heather has worked with since 2006 are children, teenagers, and families who have been impacted by abuse and trauma. She specializes in providing advocacy, crisis intervention, and brief targeted interventions.
Heather takes a person-centered and solution focused approach to therapy. She believes that you are the leader in the process, and she is present as a support and resource. Her goal is to help her clients feel seen, heard, empowered, and equipped to take on life's many challenges.
